Guardian personality type is ESTJ, which is the same as mine, but I’m not sure why his character is like that. I guess it could be because of his occupation since he’s a scientist? He’s supposed to have a logical mind, so maybe it’s the environment he was raised in?
Kazuya is the leader of the Guardians and is a very serious, straight-forward person. He’s not the type of character to joke around or play around with other people and is not very sociable. When he was young, he always had to do everything by himself since his parents were always busy. He seemed to have a lot of difficulties when it came to interacting with people and was often alone.
During their time at the academy, Kazuya has had to deal with many problems and trials related to the Guardians. We learn that the Guardians are facing another great danger. The Order and the Guardians were at war with each other, but it was stopped because the Guardians were deemed to be a threat to the Order.
The Order has given the Guardians a deadline where they must stop this new threat before it leads to another war with the Order.
Guardians are ancient machines created by the Sheikah, originally created to aid in the battle against Calamity Ganon. Most Guardians are under the control of Calamity Ganon during the events of Breath of the Wild and are scattered across Hyrule, attacking those who approach. Guardians that are not possessed by Calamity Ganon's Malice, such as those that reside within Ancient Shrines, in the Trial of the Sword, at Upland Zorana, and in the Final Trial, glow orange and blue instead of the pink that corrupted Guardians display. Despite not being possessed by any evil force, they will still attack Link as they were tasked by the Monks to fight him as part of the trials that he must undergo.
