Wario's official profile states that he has no superhuman abilities,[2] although this is contradicted by Wario Land 4, Dark Wario Land 4, and Wario Land II: The Adventure of Little Mario. He has superhuman strength, as seen in most games, and can see in the dark.
Wario has many skills, such as being able to climb walls (Wario Land 3), fly (Doki Doki Panic), breathe underwater (Wario Land 4), and on some occasions, generate electricity out of nowhere (Wario Land 2). He also has the ability to dig underground, which allows him to surprise or ambush enemies on the surface (Wario Land: Super Mario Land 3). In addition, he can bring up to six different items from underground (such as a shovel or a key), and use them in battle. This also has the advantage of not drawing attention from enemies if the player decides not to use them against an enemy.
