When I was 15, my friends and I had a habit of being extremely bored by our classes at school, so we would go to the library and just read random books. This was how I experienced my first true “worrying” stage. I was reading a book on self-help, but I was also getting bored and restless. The book was not stimulating me, yet I was concerned that I was getting “bored”.
The ENFJ “Sensation-Seeker” type of personality will often seek out a place or place where they can be stimulated by their surroundings and by the people they are with.
