Rob Lucci Personality Type, MBTI

Rob Lucci personality type is ISTJ, the introverted, sensing, thinking, judging type. My experience with ISTJ is that they often have a difficult time understanding people who are not ISTJ. They think their way of doing things is the only way to do things. I, personally, am an ISTJ. I don't think there is a right or wrong way to do things. What works for one person may not work for another, but you can still learn from others and adapt to a different situation. The guys who think they know everything and who don't want you to be different from them just because you're not an ISTJ are the ones I don't like. The ISTJ guys who are open to others and want you to be yourself and just learn from them are the ones I like. This is not to say that all ISTJs are like this or that all ISTJs dislike you because you're different from them. But, for the most part, I think they can be a little judgmental and closed-minded.
