Sasa Kazamori personality type is INTP, not INFJ or INTJ. I think that's indicative of how he wasn't really interested in his own health, but just wanted to have the best product.
He's a major Fi user, which has some bad connotations in the MBTI community (usually because of the "introvert Fi user" stereotype like in "The Fi-ness of God," and what Shermer calls "The Fi-ness of the Universe," and the fact that the "Fi" part of "Fi-ness" is pronounced "fee-ness," but I digress). So he's more likely to do something like this than an INFJ like you described above.
But on the other hand, given his likely personality type, he quite likely had a fascination with the world of Viagra and its side effects and impacts on society, and was probably taking the drug himself since he actually did work on it. And, of course, he was using it for performance enhancement and sexual enhancement and probably did not realize the dangers of the drug and of his own health.
This of course is speculation of course, I don't know any of the facts.
