I think the only way to bring out the Seeki-Hako is to have them talk about their work. Some people are really good at one thing, but they are not very good at talking about it. This is something that you can easily do by creating a “job” that they are good at, then have them talk about how they do it. I think this is what makes Seeki-Hako people so interesting. One of my friends, who writes novels, is an ISFJ. She says she doesn’t write much because she has a hard time talking about it. But when she was talking about her novel to me, she used all the right words to describe the feelings of the characters, and she could even draw me a picture of what she was talking about.
As I mentioned before, Seeki-Hako people are good at finding things that are easy to talk about, or things that are easy to understand. This is the reason why they are good at working for big companies.
