Age of War personality type is ENTJ, so I would not be surprised if he was one of the first to take part in the Second Human-Covenant War.

The Human-Covenant war began in March 2558 with the first engagement of the war. Less than a year later, in April 2559, at least one of the leaders of the Covenant, Jul 'Mdama, took part in the attack on Earth. It appears that while they did not succeed in capturing Earth, they did attempt to recover it's Forerunner artifact, the Halo Array.
This could make him an ENTJ, and I believe he would be the first to take part in the war.
