Headhunter personality type is ESTJ, which means they are all about the facts. They are facts-oriented, facts-oriented, facts-oriented. They want to know what somebody else thinks because then they can check or confirm that statement. That’s the ESTJ mind.
And then there is the Intuitive personality type which is INTJ. This is the opposite of the facts-oriented, facts-oriented mind. It’s more of a creative, problem-solving mind type. They just can’t sit still and think about something and come up with a specific answer. They have to go off and think, and then they’ll come back with some kind of idea that twinkles in their eye.
