The Psychiatrist personality type is ENTP, I suppose, but the only ones I know are the people who want to take over the world, not the ones who want to show you how your mind works.
UN-ENTP is the more realist, less idealistic type of ENTP, and is basically an ENTP who has some kind of psychological problem that's causing him to lie and tell lies (and probably to lie about that lie).
I've had an ENTP in my life, and I'm pretty sure we're all at least somewhat ENTP. So I can't say for sure, but I think we're all pretty much like that. It's just that some of us like to hide it and some of us like to show it off.

This is something I would describe as a "hypothetical" ENTP. He's not actually an ENTP, but he just happens to look like one. I'd tell him that he's wrong about that, but he probably wouldn't believe me.
