Kai-Uwe Faust personality type is INTP, though I identified with the NTP-T in my first draft, which I changed to NTJ because the bulk of his personality is a reflection of his NTJ-T. It's funny how this works.
In any case, my theory is that the ENFJ is a combination of the Si-Te Extroversion and Ni-Te Introversion of the ENFJ personality type, and the Te-Fe Extroversion and Fe-Fi Introversion of the INTP personality type. Extroverted Intuition and Extroverted Feeling also belong to both types, but I'm using them to describe how they overlap with each other, rather than as a basis for a new type.
ENFJs are usually described as leaders, but I put leadership in its proper context: as a way to be the leader of their team. They are not leaders because they are good at leading people, but because they want to lead people. As leaders, they don't focus on tasks and schedules, they focus on people. This is why they are great leaders: they are able to use their natural leadership qualities at the right time and place.
