While we can be playful and creative, we are more likely to be highly intelligent and creative. We are typically more interested in the future than the past, and we don't want to be in charge of things. Our greatest strength is our ability to see multiple sides of a situation, and our ability to adapt to new situations. We are often the ones that most closely resemble our environment, and that is why we are very good at what we do.
