Disingenuous Histrionic personality type is ESTP, I believe, then I would go with the ISTP type.
My theory is that E, S, T and P are the Prima Donna (the Drama Queen) personality types. Finally, STP and ISTP are the Spy personality types, which is a very rare combination.

I am a professional at this and have been working as an MBT webmaster for over two years. Here are my two cents on the matter.1) INFJ is not in the MBTI list, but it can be very close to INFP. There is a small group of people in the world who are both INFJ and INFP. They are called "The Dreamers". I'm afraid that Mr. Myers was not aware of this. I also believe that INFP is a rare personality type. So in this case, INFJ would be even rarer.2) In my opinion, there's no such thing as a "Mean" type.
