They want to keep everything in order because they see it as an important part of their life.
ISTJ priests tend to be very well-respected. They understand why particular rules and systems are necessary and they do not necessarily agree with everything their religion requires, but they can usually see the benefits of following rules even if they don't agree with them. They are known for their practicality and for being organized. They are able to work well with others in a non-confrontational way; they don't say anything negative about other people's beliefs because they respect their beliefs and their right to have those beliefs.
