Princess Feodora of Leiningen personality type is ENTJ, if we can trust the "astrological" sign. She was a perfectly happy, healthy, aristocratic young woman until the age of 40 (at least according to her memoirs), when her husband Ludwig I's friend and patron Baron von Stein introduced her to Grand Duke Konstantin Nikolayevich (a cousin of Tsar Nicholas II), who was a secret liberal. As Feodor and her husband were already deeply enmeshed in Russian politics and had become estranged from their son and heir, Feodor's reaction to the Grand Duke's arguments - which built on the ideas of his aunt - was to embrace the liberal cause. She later wrote: "I saw [the situation] as a great struggle, an unending and almost hopeless struggle, against the despotism of tyranny and the imbecility and cruelty of backwardness. I knew that only by giving full and free play to our intelligence, our ability to organize, and our self-confidence could we see our way to a better future."
