Aughra personality type is ESTJ, and in my experience, these people are just like any other ESTJ: they're in charge and don't want anyone else to mess with their plans. They can be a bit overbearing and they just don't like when the rules aren't followed to the letter (they think things should be done a certain way). They also like to make their own rules and stick to them.
But like I said, they're just like any other ESTJ. They love structure and order, and they want to make sure everything is in its proper place.
They can be easy to cross, however, and often they're the ones who won't budge when they're in a bad mood.
