Kinny Zimmer personality type is INTP, and my SparkNotes is clearly INTP, but I don’t feel like a perfect fit. I feel like a confusingly called ENTP. I get why people call me an ENTP sometimes. But when I look at my personality type, I feel like an INTP, not an ENTP.
I should love the fact that my SparkNotes says I’m an INTP because it makes me sound smart and unique. But really I just want everyone to stop calling me an ENTP.
Why? Because I just don’t fit the stereotype.
I’m not quiet and socially awkward. I’m not very good at being a people pleaser, or at playing nice with people, or at sharing myself in social situations. I’m not glued to my phone or glued to my laptop, and I don’t hide out in my room. And I don’t have any obsession with logic or numbers or anything like that.
I’m just not the stereotypical ENTP.
But I’m actually extremely happy with who I am.
