According to their website, “artificial harmony” refers to “the tendency to harmonize everything and try to put people into pigeonholes with a superficial understanding of the situation.” On the other hand, according to them, “natural harmony” refers to “the tendency to harmonize everything in a healthy way and understand people with a comprehensive understanding of the situation.” This is perhaps a more accurate description of my own view on things.
