Robin personality type is ENTJ, which has been shown in other studies to be the most common type among CEOs.
The study also found that the "happiness" level of the ENTJ is about the same as the "happiness" level of the INTP.
"Although there are many different types of personalities, we found that one of the most common types of leaders is ENTJ," said the study's lead author, Jeremy Frimer, a psychology professor at the University of Winnipeg.
"As a result, we found that the average business leader tends to be a combination of two roles: the good manager and the good leader. We call this a 'twin' role."
The findings don't apply to all types of leaders, however. The study also found that MBTI types do not predict people's success in various other leadership roles, such as being a professional athlete.
"For example, while this study suggests that MBTI provides a useful guide to leaders' personality type, it doesn't say anything about whether an MBTI-type person is likely to be a good basketball player," Frimer said.
"That question is more complicated than our study can answer."
