Kieron Gillen personality type is INFP, which is the same as my own. Not that that's a big surprise to me, though, since I can easily tell when someone's telling the truth or not and he is a master of that.
I know next to nothing about the 8th Doctor's personality type, so I'm going to have to go with ESTJ (the same as Amy's). I'll say INTP for him, because he is a master of systems/patterns and he's very analytical.
Aidan Gillen personality type is INTP. He has an acute memory, but his intelligence is more of a theoretical bent than a practical one. He's also very analytical.
David Tennant personality type: INTP. David Tennant is a very intelligent man, but he's often too immersed in the details of things to see the larger picture. As the Doctor, he's sorely lacking in social skills.
Matt Smith personality type: INTP. He's a lot like Matt Smith in that he gets things off on a tangent, but he also has more interest in the theoretical than the practical. He's a lot like Donna Noble as well, which makes sense since they share the same character type.
