Jaeger is a CTAC Praetorian. He was the one who found Takeshi Kovacs, seeing him as his son, trained him to be a CTAC Praetorian but eventually Kovacs betrayed Jaeger and joined the Uprising. He led the assault force that eventually arrested Kovacs in 2134.
