In a small group, they are excellent at working together to solve problems, and in larger groups, they become excellent delegators to others. They are also excellent team players, and very good at getting along with others. But that is about all the good side of their personality: on the negative side, they can be very negative, and complain a lot. They can also be very self-critical, and are easily hurt by the criticism of others. These people are also quite sensitive to criticism, and will take it quite personally.
But what I am seeing here is that people with this personality type don't necessarily have to be negative or self-critical. For example, I know several people with this type who are very proactive and helpful. I am sure that every time I have a problem with my computer, I could count on them to help me solve it. I also know several people with this type who are very positive and optimistic, and I can tell you that they do not complain about other people's problems.
