Diet Cig - Harvard personality type is INTP, which is also the most common personality type that I am looking at. So what is it with INTPs and Twitter?
Granted, I have only been on Twitter for a year and a half, but I have noticed a lot of INTPs. I have also really enjoyed this personality type. INTPs are the theoretical type of people. They are the kind of people who look at things from a distance and think about them. They do not get upset by change. They are very independent thinkers, who will not give up easily. They get a lot of satisfaction out of their own work, and value their independence greatly. They are creative and, like all creative types, are very critical of the work of others. They are not conformists and often come up with their own ideas. They tend to be very focused on their goals and like to achieve them, although they may not realise it.
I am not sure why it would be so popular among Twitter users, but it seems to be that way.
My guess is that INTPs enjoy the independence of Twitter as well as being able to share their thoughts and ideas with people all over the world.
