Sadie Deever personality type is ESTJ, or the “Expert,” and she has generally been a leader and organizer. She’s been a coach, a teacher, and a therapist. She has always been a planner, and she’s organized her life and her career to support her ideal of being a highly capable, organized expert. She’s always been a leader. When she was in high school, she was the captain of the cross country team. She was elected student council president, and in her senior year she was elected homecoming queen. She’s always been excited to lead projects, and she’s always wanted to be in charge.
Unfortunately, she’s also very inflexible. If a project doesn’t go her way, she becomes angry, hurt, and resentful. And she has a hard time forgiving people when they don’t go according to plan.
Unfortunately, Sadie has never been able to let go of control. She is one of the most stubborn people I know. It is extremely difficult for her to say “no” or accept that someone else might have the better idea.
