Fujikawa was first seen at the crime scene of the Arson Murder case where the body of Naomi Sakazaki had been found on fire inside a small building. After the body was retrieved, Fujikawa went over the crime scene together with Eri Sawachika. They were soon joined by the resident of the house where Naomi lived. After that, Fujikawa, Eri and the other investigators left to investigate the crime scene further.
