    ENTJ (XwX)

Amaryllis personality type is INTJ, which is a rare combination of the 2 functions of the J (Judging) and P (Perceiving) functions.

So, why do INTJ males and females experience conflict? “The INTJ’s dominant function (Ti) is logic and the auxiliary function (Fe) is introversion. These two functions are usually at odds with each other.” (source)

Personally, I believe that is why INTJ males and females are often so hard to understand. Introversion pairs well with intuition, but INTJs seem to struggle between their Ti and Fe. This can also cause INTJ males and females to be inflexible in their thinking, especially when their Ti and Fe are both in conflict with each other.

    Introverted Intuitives

INTJs are the rarest personality type, which makes them the most misunderstood. This is one reason why the other personality types don’t understand them very well.

INTJs are introverted, but they also have great intuition. This dual nature of INTJ personality makes them appear slightly more confusing than the other personality types.

Plants of the genus Amaryllis are known as belladonna lily, Jersey lily, naked lady, amarillo, Easter lily in Southern Australia or, in South Africa, March lily due to its propensity to flower around March. This is one of numerous genera with the common name "lily" due to their flower shape and growth habit. However, they are only distantly related to the true lily, Lilium. In the Victorian Language of Flowers (see Plant symbolism), amaryllis means "pride, determination and radiant beauty".
