Zerbrag personality type is ENTJ, which is the hardest of all ENT types to understand and the one I initially struggled the most with.
I have never been one to volunteer information about myself, so I was taken aback by the number of people who recognized me on a first name basis, particularly since they knew nothing of my family or background. As an introvert, I am used to being in the background, but the fact that the people I met at Zerbrag felt comfortable enough to come up to me and introduce themselves truly surprised me.
The other thing that surprised me was that anyone even bothered to listen to my ideas when I shared them. As a type, ENTJs are known for their hard-driving personalities and their willingness to get things done. That isn’t true of me. I tend to quietly observe, not wanting to impose my will on others.
Despite this tendency to stay in the background, there are a few things that make the ENTJ a great fit for the Zerbrag team:
