Harper personality type is INTP, the rarest and most controversial type of all. I am an INTP. I was an INTP before I was an INFJ. I was an INTP before I was an INTJ. In fact, I am still an INTP at heart, despite the fact that I have spent the last few years lurking in INFJ and INTJ spaces on various online communities.
So why all the drama? Why all the harshness? Why all the pointless discussions about whether or not INTPs really exist?
My answer to all of those questions is: because we are a misunderstood type and because we are what we are. Let me explain.
What is an INTP?
INTPs are the rarest type of all. We are 4% of the population and we are the most misunderstood. We are often told that we are brain damaged or that we are just like autistic kids. We are even told that we are crazy and that we need some serious therapy.
We are introverted, intuitive, thinking, and perceiving personalities. We take in information from our five senses and use our brain to analyze it.
