MrBallen personality type is ESTJ, and he is also a very proud and determined man. He is fine with being the leader of his household – as long as he is the one doing the leading. He has a good sense of humor and can be quite helpful in any situation. He is quick to anger, but he can be very forgiving.
In regards to his family, Michael believes that it is important for them to understand the importance of having a good work-life balance. He does not believe in micromanaging his employees and is looking forward to more time with his children.
