Robert Hunter “Nitro” personality type is ESTJ, and I have always been very good at reading people. I have a knack for seeing the “type” behind the mask. I have an uncanny ability to get inside a person’s head and instantly know what their motivations are and how they think.
I have always been good at introspection, understanding other people and reading the “tells” of those around me. I can figure out what is going on with a person in a matter of minutes. This is one of the problems that I run into with my own personality type. I am a very self-aware person. I just can’t help but notice every little flaw, mistake and flaw in another person. It’s like I have X-ray vision but for other people’s personalities.
When I was younger, I thought that I had this gift with people and reading their minds, but as I have gotten older, I have realized that it is much more than a gift. This ability is actually a curse because I am constantly analyzing people and trying to figure out what they really want and what they are trying to hide.
Anyone who knows me knows that I am a very good listener.
