jeosuji personality type is ESTJ, which is a rather rare type in Japan, so it would be nice to have one or two more of them. The ideal student type is ISTJ, which is also rare in Japan. It's a little surprising that the "I-type" is more common than the "S-type", but I guess if you're a nationalistic Japanese high school girl, that's just how it goes. Besides, in the end, it doesn't really matter who you are. The goal here is just to get your face on the shirt.
P.S. If you want to know more about the types, I highly recommend getting this book by Keirsey and Bates (it's actually written in Japanese). You can also get the Keirsey Temperament Sorter, which is definitely better than the one that comes with this shirt. But the shirt is probably fine too.
