CaspianReport personality type is INTP, but I'm not sure if that's a factor in the extraverted/introverted thing.
Some people have reported that their typing makes their political views more liberal, but that doesn't seem to be the case for me. I tend to lean left and if anything, my personality makes it harder to stay neutral.
I've been on the fence about whether or not I'm a Democrat or a Republican. I think my personality actually reinforces the idea that I'm a liberal, but I guess I'll feel better about making that decision once I get a job.
I think the other thing that has affected my political leanings is how much I've learned about the world. I know more about Presidents and Presidents than I used to and it's really made me feel more informed.
I know more about the economy and foreign policy than I did when I was 18 and it's changed how I feel about both. On one hand, I feel like I'm smarter and more informed than my parents were. On the other hand, I feel like I've become jaded and cynical about the world.
I think that's normal, though.
