I classic personality type is ENTJ, the "Leader" type. This is the person who is always restless, always wanting to move, change and challenge. They can be perceived as a "know it all" type because in reality they know a lot about most things.
Being the leader type doesn't mean that the ENTJ is a pushover. The ENTJ is a no-nonsense type, and they are not afraid to make their opinion known. That being said, they are not out to "rub people the wrong way" and get into conflicts. They are not vindictive or malicious. They simply want to change things and make things better. If you need to be changed or challenged, an ENTJ may be the right person. An ENTJ can be surprisingly compassionate and supportive if they don't find their agenda threatened by your goals or beliefs. There is also a side to the ENTJ that is fascinated by the inner workings of people's minds and personalities. Their desire to understand and know brings them into conflict with people who are closed off, unwilling to share their inner thoughts and motivations. This can put them at odds with the introverted types, NPs, and even ISJs.
