ENTPs are creative and can be quite good at spelling out the details of their plans and goals, but they often lack the follow-through to make their projects happen. They are often the first to arrive at a meeting or conference, and typically make the best presentations. Their ideas, creativity, and imagination are often their greatest strengths, but they may be too loose to follow through.
Although ENTPs are terrific at sparking conversations with others and are excellent speakers, they may not have the follow-through to complete their ideas and plans. They take a lot of criticism and don’t easily take criticism. They may feel misunderstood by others who have a more structured approach to life. And they may not be as comfortable with people who demand perfection. ENTPs can have difficulty with “Yes” men and women who are very controlling and with people who can’t hear them before they speak. They may be intimidated by people who are more organized and structured in their approach to life. They may also be less successful in learning how to manage their emotions, for fear of appearing weak or emotional.
