I'm not a "bitch" - I'm a person that has strong opinions, likes to state them and move on. I also think it's important to be able to identify your type, and if INTJ is a personality type I have no problems with it.
INTJs dislike people that don't know their own type. This is called an "over-intellectualization". INTJs tend to be very good at spotting these people, and it can be a problem for them to have to deal with them on a day to day basis.
To give a simple example, when INTJs meet other INTJs for the first time, they will often ask each other questions about their personalities and work habits that is designed to find out what the person is like as a person.
For example "How do you like your coffee? Do you prefer milk or sugar? How do you like your eggs in the morning? Do you prefer poached or fried?" etc.
