SCP-975 is a NTF unit with personality type INTP, according to the MBTI website. SCP-975 was created by the SCP Foundation through a special arrangement with the Foundation's patented recombinator technology. When SCP-975's personality was formed, the recombinator created a new, unique and complex personality for SCP-975. As such, SCP-975's true personality is unknown to the Foundation and the public. SCP-975's personality is based on that of a subspecies of NTF known as Subway Frogs. SCP-975 has been described by Foundation personnel as "the worst of both worlds"; it has the characteristics of an ordinary frog, such as a lack of knowledge of advanced scientific concepts, as well as the ability to see objects or people through inorganic matter such as glass, but has the same personality as a member of the Subway Frogs subspecies. This may be because the subway frog subspecies was created by the Foundation through gene splicing in an attempt to create a more useful NTF unit; however, in this case, it backfired, creating a subspecies with an unstable and dangerous personality.
