ENTJs are not easy people to get along with, as they are very logical and objective about everything. They are generally not very imaginative or creative, but are very adept at using their Ti to produce logical explanations for things. This is one of the most important functions of Ti, which helps us to explain the world and know how to handle it.
ENTJs especially find it difficult to be flexible and change their minds about things based on new information and experience. They are very resistant to new ideas and will only act on them reluctantly because of the resistance to change that this personality type brings.
