Neon Asakusa personality type is ISFJ, but I am having so much trouble with this personality type. I don't think I'm wrong, but I don't know how to go about it. Here's my situation:
I am really bad at talking to people. I mean, really bad. I have never had a conversation with a stranger, one on one, on the phone, or in person that was more than two minutes long without me fumbling around or just giving up. I enjoy talking with friends, but if it's not about something I like or can talk about for a while, I just get bored. I talk to my friends often enough and they are always like, "Why do you talk so much? You're terrible." They are right. I am terrible.
But here's the kicker. I am not rude, and I have no problem as long as someone is being nice to me. However, I have a hard time being nice to strangers. I have a hard time saying "thank you" or "hello" or "have a nice day." I don't know if this is because I'm bad at it or because I'm not sure what to say, but it's really annoying.
