People with the ENTJ personality type tend to be extremely focused on task. They have a tendency to “over-think” a situation in order to gain a better understanding of it. They rarely share their ideas or thoughts with others while they are working, and they would rather work alone. They will go to great lengths to achieve a particular goal, and they will work tirelessly until they achieve it. But once they achieve their goal, the ENTJ personality type drops it and moves on to their next project.
