General Failure personality type is ESTJ, and the other is ENFP. And while I was looking, I found that the INTP and ENFP have some of the same flaws. In fact, they are in the same personality type. The INTP is the independent thinker and the ENFP is the people-pleaser, and both have a hard time giving up their sense of superiority. They both feel like they are always right, and because of this, they are often stubborn and unwilling to admit that they are wrong. They also tend to be very self-centered. When a problem arises, they don't worry about what others need or want, but instead worry about how their actions will affect them.
INTP and ENFPs are also very similar in how they approach life and love. They both feel that they need to be loved and that this love must be returned. They both like to be in control of everything around them and want to be the center of attention. They are both very intelligent, but sometimes their intelligence can lead them to be verbose and convoluted in their speech, leaving behind a trail of information that never gets resolved. They both feel like they have to prove themselves to everyone, even those who don't know them well.
