The Rebel Leader personality type is ENTJ, which matches up with my Myers-Briggs type of ENTJ. For the most part, I think this is a great match. It’s hard to find two people who are so similar in so many ways! We’re both highly intelligent, ambitious, determined, driven and extremely focused. Both of us are really good at breaking down complex ideas and breaking them down into bite-sized pieces that we can understand. I think that speaks to the way we communicate with each other as well.
There are a few things that might not match up so well. First off, I think we prefer to lead from the front and are hard on ourselves when we fall short as leaders. This can sometimes cause us to not be able to see our own strengths, weaknesses, or limitations. It’s something that needs to be worked on and I am working on it.
The second issue is that I think there is some conflict about my “un-relatability” or “un-understandability.
