By-the-Book Cop personality type is ESTJ, which has a lot of characteristics that are pretty standard for the Thinking Perceiving (TP) personality type. ESTJ is the equivalent of the Confident and Organized Lawyer, and is described as someone who is decisive and organized, who can be quite blunt, and who rarely shows their emotions. ESTJs are very good at working with others, and they are often extremely good at negotiating contracts and other types of business deals. They have a great deal of control over what they do, and they don't let many things distract them from their goals and objectives. ESTJs are very good at being leaders, and they are often very good at being in charge of large groups of people.
