Griffin Stagg personality type is INTP, yet I think an INFJ would be a good fit. I don't know how he gets to this type, but I know from experience that INFJs are the most reliable and fair people on the planet. They know how to listen and aren't bothered by things outside them (people, culture, etc). They have a way of making you feel safe. They are so focused on solving problems, but they can also sit back and just be cool people.
I don't know if that makes sense, but it's just how I see it. I think INFJs are my favorite personality type. I'm sure there are other types that would be great fits for him, but I know he wouldn't have the patience for them.
I know he doesn't have a lot of free time, and he claims he's not a gamer, but I think he could get into this. He could get into it and not play for long periods of time, but he could eventually learn to like it. It would take a little time for him to get into it and enjoy it, but he would eventually get hooked.
I love that he's not afraid to try new things.
