Welsh Rarebit personality type is ESTJ, or Extraverted, Sensing, Thinking, Judging. ESTJ personality is the combination of the functions of the Introverted Thinking (Ti), the Extraverted Sensing (Se), and the Introverted Judging (Ni) axes of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicators (MBTI). The ESTJ personality type is one of the sixteen personality types in the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) psychological system. ESTJs are known to have a very serious demeanor and are often good at organizing and maintaining a schedule, but they can also be very competitive and critical of others. Their ideas are often rational and logical, and they are usually very concerned with details. ESTJs are usually natural leaders, but they can be somewhat condescending at times. They are usually very decisive and serious. They tend to like to be in control of a situation and situations will often revolve around them.
