Agave (Ryuuzetsuran) personality type is ESTJ, or the “Protector”.
In the anime, Usui is the closest thing we’ve seen to an ESTJ anime character. The main difference is that his goal is to help others, not to lead them. He has a strong sense of duty and responsibility, but he is also very kind and caring towards others.
We see this in the first episode when he saves Yuya from the suit-wearing guy who is trying to have him killed (or something like that).
However, a lot of his personality comes from the fact that he’s trying to keep his brother safe. He sees his brother as a hero, and makes sure that no one messes with him or gets in his way.
This is such a perfect ESTJ character because it’s not about power or status, it’s about protecting others. And he does that extremely well.
Usui’s best trait is his ability to protect others even if he himself gets hurt. This is what he did in episode 3 when he was injured. If it wasn’t for him, Yuya would have been killed by that suit-wearing guy.
