ENTJ (XwX)
Balthazar personality type is ENTJ, but my best friends are ISTP's. And I've met some ISTP's who are really bad-ass. It varies.
The thing is, my ENTJ friends are all good leaders (in their own ways), but they don't make decisions very well. They think, overanalyze, overcompensate, and over-compensate. They don't listen to anyone. They make all the big decisions and nobody else does anything. They're stubborn and they're not very flexible (which is good for leadership).
The ISTP's are completely opposite. They're very flexible, they're very creative, they're willing to be led, but they're not leaders. They're more followers than leaders.
I've met some ISTP's that are just as intelligent as ENTJ's. I've also met some ENTJ's who are just as intuitive as ISTP's.
People have different personalities, and it's all about how you use them. Some people are more extroverted than introverted. Some people are more logical than intuitive. It all depends on how you use them.
