Brian Islis personality type is INTP, and he’s always been drawn to things that are “out of the box” and don’t follow a set pattern. He’s been fascinated by the idea of being able to make objects fly, to create tornadoes or to be able to go out into space and explore. That’s not just a fascination with space, but with the idea of exploring and finding new worlds, new ideas, new things.
He’s also been fascinated by the idea of pursuing his dreams and making them a reality. In his youth, he wanted to be a pilot. In his 20s, he wanted to do something revolutionary with tornadoes. Now, he wants to explore the universe with SpaceX.
His attitude towards things is one of “let’s do it!”, which is definitely pretty rare for a guy who’s a bit more reserved (I think he also wants to prove that he can do it too)… but it definitely has its advantages as well as its disadvantages.
For example, while he can be reckless in some of his actions, he’s very careful and calculated in what he does.
