To them, this is the only way for things to work correctly. They are not afraid to speak their mind and make decisions, even if it means being rude. They have a serious style which makes them appear hard to approach. This is the type of person who will be a very good boss or leader. However, they usually don’t like to be in charge, as they don’t enjoy being the powerful person in a situation. This personality type may seem arrogant, but they are actually very practical and honest, which are their two main qualities. They are also willing to help others, but only if they can gain something from it. However, they will never give up until they get what they want, even if it means being mean or rude.
