Peon personality type is INTP, the Idealist.
Now, I don't think an INTP is going to grow up to be a great Peon. This is not because of the type itself, but because of the way these types live in society. Peons are more like workhorses. They are efficient, reliable, and make good workers...but they don't have a lot of personality, and that gets in the way of them rising to important positions.
However, some INTPs do grow up to be Peons, and that's because they are good at working with others, and they are not so different from the rest of us after all.
Peons make up only about 20% of the population (or 12% for all INTPS). They are often found working in service or labor jobs (for example: waiters, hotel and other staff, janitors, construction workers, etc.). Peons are generally reclusive and not very social.
My mom is a Peon.
Peons are not necessarily introverted or shy, but they don't seek out a lot of social interaction. They tend to be normal human beings with average ambitions and no particular dreams of greatness.
