Minase Akiharu personality type is INTP, and the first thing that came to mind was "ACCEPTANCE." I don't think he's necessarily that accepting, but I feel like he's very accepting in that he's not going to get too worked up over something, but he does have standards. He's a very rational and logical guy, and he's not someone who's just going to go with the flow about everything. He's definitely not a pushover, but as far as his personality, I think he is quite accepting.
I really liked that scene where he was talking to Nami. He was saying how he doesn't want her to be like a prisoner in his house, and how she needs to be free to do what she wants. I think that's true for him, too. He doesn't want her to be his slave, but I think he loves her so much that he doesn't want her to be lonely or sad.
The next thing that came to mind was "FRIENDSHIP." He really likes and cares for all of the Straw Hat pirates, and is always there to help them out. He's always there for them when they need him.
