Father Brown personality type is INTP, a rare type that doesn't exist in the Myers-Briggs model.
I came across a fascinating article by Ramana Kumar in Forbes titled "The INTP personality type: a difficult combination" that discusses the INTP personality type.
The article is based on a study done by University of Minnesota's C. G. Jung Institute that measured the brainwaves of 1,000 people and found that INTPs have the highest IQ, while ENTJs have the lowest IQ. INTPs are at the top of the IQ ladder because they have difficulty comprehending non-linear thinking, which is how Jung describes what ENTJs is doing. They need to see things in a linear way to understand them. When an ENTJ gets lost in their own world, they're not as productive or creative, as they can't easily process new information.
It's also common for INTPs to be late bloomers. They're often creative, dreamy and artistic in their youth and experience many other growth spurts as they mature.
